The Tyrone Hospital Auxiliary is looking for some new members, both active members and support members. The active member attends meetings, participates in the Soup/Bake Sale Events (working the day of the event or provides items or assists in making the soups/sandwiches) and can hold an office if they desire. The support member donates baked good items or volunteers to make soup or sandwiches for the Soup/Bake Sale, but does not need to attend the meetings. Volunteer opportunities include providing companionship to patients through playing games or card games, playing music or singing, running errands, writing or sending letters/cards, reading to patients, assisting with activities, helping with administrative duties in the office, providing bereavement support, and more!
